David was appointed to the Board in November 2026. He brings more than 30 years of international executive leadership across investment banking, private equity and board roles, with particular focus in industrial services, technology, mergers and acquisitions, international expansion and capital allocation.
David’s past roles include being Managing Director of Wesfarmers Industrials, overseeing a diversified portfolio of businesses across the industrial services, resources, energy and chemicals sectors and he was Global Co-CEO of the Virgin Group’s family office, having established and led its Asia Pacific operations, and CEO of Global Blue, a global technology platform.
David is a Co-Founder of Coogee Capital, an Australian private equity investment firm, and was previously a Partner and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in Sydney and London. He currently serves as Lead Independent Director of Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited (ASX: SOL), as Non-Executive Director of RediMed and Harris Farm Markets, and is Chancellor of Bond University.
