Codan's commitment to customers goes well beyond producing communications equipment of the highest international standard. Because we export to more than 150 countries, we have developed a highly responsive global service and support network that guarantees all customers prompt and accurate service, no matter where they are. Our agents and distributors are located throughout the world, in addition to Codan’s head office in Australia and regional offices in the USA and the UK.

Codan's customer service includes installation and commissioning of equipment, systems integration, on-site training, maintenance, and the provision of spare parts worldwide.

Training on the installation and use of equipment is also provided, with courses held in all countries. Customers can also attend courses at Codan's purpose-built training suite at its Adelaide headquarters in Australia, or at any of the company's international regional offices.
